Yoni Baker

Born in South Africa, we moved to the States in 1979. Since I was a little boy, my parents took me to art shows and art exhibits.

Having both parents as artists, and an only child, I became quite imaginative in entertaining myself and creating grand adventures in the back yard.

I started playing tennis early on with my dad, and swimming, continuing that on teams in high school.

There was many a car ride with my loud beagle in the back barking the whole way to a pottery studio in Spanish Village San Diego. This was where I would throw on the potters wheel and sculpt.

Since I was little, my mom would always tell me stories of those she brushed up against in life, so many stories. We share that ability and I've always had a knack for meeting people.

With the original Terminator, my fascination with special effects makeup and body building grew.

Today all of that is very much with me, my love of art, of creating, of meeting amazing people from all walks of life, my sports, my Judaism , my special effects makeup, and my body building.

Who knew I would be writing a bio on Amazon? who knew years down the line as my mom did all those times ago in New York I would become an art model? Honestly its amazing, and with this latest venture of model posing in print books and ebooks there is something I know you will learn from and enjoy.
