Cherry House Press

Cherry House Press is a few years old having a small collection of books in its publishing "library" as well as a couple of anthologies. We are home to the ANKH Magazine which is published twice a year. The magazine publishes poetry and short stories in the genres of science-fiction, horror and fantasy.

**ANKH MAGAZINE**

ANKH Magazine is a bi-annual magazine that releases once in the spring and summer and then again in the fall and winter. ANKH contains short stories and poetry that is in the genres of horror, science fiction and fantasy. An Ankh is an Egyptian symbol which means, “Life.” We want to breathe life into our author’s stories and poetry.

ANKH SUBMISSION DATES

Spring & Summer Edition: All submissions must be in by May 1

Fall and winter edition: All submissions must be in by August 1

ANKH PAYMENT/CONTRIBUTOR’S COPIES

The ANKH is a new publication. At this time, published contributors will receive a discount on printed copies that they order. We hope to offer more in the future as the magazine progresses.

ANKH STORY SUBMISSIONS

Please submit your science fiction, horror or fantasy short story and author bio to cherryhousepress@GMAIL.COM with the subject heading: ANKH Short Story Submission. Please have your short story be no more than 5,000 words.

ANKH POETRY SUBMISSIONS

Please submit up to three poems in the genres of science fiction, horror or fantasy and author bio to cherryhousepress@GMAIL.COM with the subject heading: ANKH Poetry Submission.

Please Note: if your poem is accepted, there is a chance the format could be altered to fit our layout. If you would not like your poem to be altered, please let us know ahead of time and we will do our best to make it fit our pages.

ANKH ART SUBMISSIONS

Please submit your art or photography in the genres of science fiction, horror or fantasy short story and artist bio to cherryhousepress@GMAIL.COM with the subject heading: ANKH ART Submission.

**ANTHOLOGIES**

Cherry House Press publishes one to two anthologies per year. We ask that you follow our Facebook page so that you know when we are accepting submissions. Our latest anthologies are "The Fears of Us All," and "Dreamscapes." To get a better idea of the type of stories, poetry and artwork that we publish, purchase a copy of our anthologies on Amazon. We publish authors from all over the world.
