Jason Parsons

Jason is a 25+ year veteran fitness professional that has worked with everyone from John Q Public who wants to lose weight, all the way to Olympic and professional athletes. With a ravenous desire to learn more about the world around him, Jason has spent the better part of his adult life asking questions and seeking answers about nutrition, exercise and all things fitness related.

Jason attended the University of Nevada at Las Vegas, focusing his studies on exercise physiology and kinesiology and has earned more than 20 nationally accredited certifications in personal training, sports performance and MMA Strength and Conditioning.

A lifelong athlete who is always looking for the next physical challenge, Jason enjoys training in jiu jitsu with his wife and kids and picking up heavy things (and then putting them back down of course).
