Thank you for your interest to learn more about me! I am Danielle Swaby, personal trainer, reading enthusiast, avid journal keeper and foodie! I began keeping journals when I was seven years old and have continued into my adulthood. I am passionate about training my body to become stronger and just as passionate as training my mind. My favorite form of exercise is strength training and kickboxing. My favorite books to read are the Bible, and Christian non fiction books. I became a personal trainer nearly 6 years ago after transforming my own body through exercise and improved nutrition. Through my transformation I found myself more confident, more happy, and more inspired. Through my career as a personal trainer and a writer my goal is to inspire and motivate others to become their strongest self in body, mind, and soul. I look forward to continuing to grow in strength throughout my life and hearing about other peoples inspiring stories!
