John DeCotis

I am a lifelong educator currently working in a support role for schools in Georgia. I worked in private and public schools as a teacher and administrator, retiring from the position of School Superintendent.

As an active member of my church, I taught religious education for 20 years. This book is based on the questions I received and the answers that were given based on research, personal experiences, discussions with clergy, broad reading experiences, and every day interactions with people struggling to better understand their faith and beliefs.

I am the second son of four boys. I thank my parents for passing on their faith to me. I am a husband with a wife who is a true person of faith. I am a proud father and grandfather who wants my family to be as blessed with their faith as I have been with mine.

This book will hopefully enable to you to better understand your faith and beliefs in the context of the larger Christian Church.
