Donnette Wright-Myrie

Donnette Wright-Myrie is a Lecturer at the University of the West Indies in Nutrition, Biochemistry and Diet Therapy. She is also the author of books—Computations in Nutrition: a guide to health care workers as well as several scholarly articles on nutrition and health. She is an academic editor for the Academic Journal Series. She is a registered nurse and is completing post graduate work in nursing and nutrition. She is married and is the proud mother of a gregarious and candid son. She dedicates her work to activities related to the Millenium Development Goals particularly number 1; to eradicate extreme poverty and hunger. Her work is situated in improving epidemiological outcomes through nutritional interventions. She has volunteered widely in providing nutritional talks, nutritional screening and serving as judge at nutritional fairs. Donnette is a social being and resides in Kingston, Jamaica.
