Stephen Pike is the founder of the Access Institute and creator of Questioning Safety™, a series of expert-driven site safety surveys for high-risk work activities.

Since 1997, he has trained and certified over 30,000 workers in technical access and rescue on sites worldwide.

Stephen is a member of the Canadian Society of Safety Engineering and various access industry associations workdwide.
