Jose M Roman

Jose M. Roman currently resides in Alabama with his wife and son. He has over 12 years of experience teaching and working with elementary school children. Jose is the creator of the Valor Raptor character. Found in the books, Valor Raptor the Herbivorous Velociraptor and Valor Raptor and the Protectors of the Old World.

Valor Raptor was born different from the other velociraptors in that he can't stand the taste of meat but prefers to eat the foods of the herbivores. This leads to the other raptors making fun of him and ultimately abandoning him.

If your children love dinosaurs, humor, action, and adventure, they will love this book. A great dinosaur book for children of all ages. Teach kids about the importance of friendships, the importance of tolerance toward others that are different, about not bullying and about standing up for those who cannot defend themselves.
