Elizabeth Dougherty

Elizabeth Dougherty has been a writer for over twenty years, working in newspaper journalism, public relations, corporate communications, and as a freelance business communications writer and editor.

Her current creative work chronicles the fact and fiction of everyday experiences -- the comical, stressful, tearful, mundane, and miraculous -- and how they all tie together to define our lives. She aims to make her readers laugh, cry, think, and wonder, because that's what reading and writing do for her.

She lives with her family in Chester County, Pennsylvania, and is currently at work on her second novel.
