Chad Bockius

Hi, I’m Chad. At my core, I’m a creator. A jack of all trades sort of guy.

My career started with a degree in mechanical engineering from Vanderbilt University. Four years of engineering taught me that I didn’t want to be an engineer. Lucky for me, I found a job in high-tech. Over my 20 years, I’ve done everything from sales, product strategy, marketing and was the CEO for two startups.

During that time I explored a few other arenas. I worked as a City Councilman for 6 years. I started a non-profit to bring Arts to our local community. And now I’ve turned my focus to writing. My first book, Be Better: Stories of success, failure and lessons along the way is shipping June 17th.

I live in Bee Cave, TX, a small town outside of Austin, with my wife, two children, and two Goldendoodles. If I’m not working on a home improvement project, I hope you’ll find me on the golf course.
