Josh Patton

Josh Patton is an entrepreneur and investor who continues to focus on his real estate brokerage as well as his real estate investing and development company.

Josh and his wife, Felicity, have been married since 2001 and have three daughters.

Josh began his real estate career in 2006 and opened his own real estate brokerage in February of 2011.

Josh has owned a diversity of investments that include: stocks, bonds, mutual funds, residential and commercial real estate, and more.

Josh grew up in a poor, but loving family, and credits that to why he was able to be successful in his life.
