Dillon Garrison

Dillon Garrison (Val Edward Simone) was born in Seattle, Washington, and has been writing since 1980.

Dillon Garrison is the pen name used by Val for his western novels. Val has published action/adventure novels; historical fiction; western novels; short stories; a collection of thoughts, musings, and observations; a collection of children’s short stories; and several children’s picture books.

He continues to work on many other novels, short stories and screenplays.

He is also a strong advocate of early childhood development through the arts, and continues to support all efforts toward helping children discover their own creativity through reading, writing, and drawing.

Val currently lives and writes in Arizona.
