J.S. Johansson is a die-hard 'Romantic' that hails from the south side of Chicago.

Her first introduction to the world of Romance took place when she borrowed (okay...SNUCK) a book belonging to her grandmother, that was centered on two strangers trapped together in a snow storm.

Johansson uses her background in Criminology to enhance the intensity within her works, bringing a gritty twist to those traditional elements that make the Romance genre unique.
