Shannon L. Ayers

Shannon Ayers is a loyal native to one of the most diverse, entertaining, culinary destinations of the world - New Orleans, Louisiana. She hails from humble beginnings growing up in the inner city as the second oldest of ten siblings. She has most recently settled in Canton, Georgia with her husband and four children. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and has enjoyed a varied and interesting career with extraordinary and unique experiences spanning from the Pacific to Europe. She has excelled amongst her peers, honing exceptional management and personal skills. This has forged in her a fire to bring out the best in others. She has inspired people in various corners of the world sharing her life changing experiences of overcoming great odds through prayer, steadfastness and a determination to be all that God has called her to be.

She started STAR Management Consulting, LLC almost five years ago working as a Motivational Speaker, Life Building Specialist, Business Consultant and Coach. Her life's work has been mentoring and sharing her knowledge through speaking and facilitating workshops in the areas of Leadership, Women and Youth Ministries, Effective Communication Strategies, Marriage, Customer Service, Business Management, Career building, Event Planning and much more. As of recent, Shannon is a newly published author with her first book entitled, Tunnel Vision: State of Our Union where she shares life experiences about race in America. Also, her signature workshop is, " The Psychology of Selling You" where she encourages others to always put their best foot forward. The content of this workshop will be her next published title. Her motto is, “If you’re going to be, be the best. If you’re going to reach, reach for the STARs!!!”
