Peter W Rouzaud

Peter W Rouzaud, was born in San Francisco California in 1948. Having no Christian upbringing prior to his conversion, he, with his wife, became Christians during the Jesus movement in 1969. After his dramatic conversion he endeavored to be wholly involved in ministry of all types. Sunday school, church deacon, church elder, prison ministry, street ministry, foreign missions, marriage ministry, were constants in his life. However, one thing bothered him for many years, this was the failure of churches to experience unity based on love, not doctrine. The author is convinced, 'unity' by love and unconditional acceptance (not for systems, but for people), is the one missing element the Church is missing to fully express the nature of Christ. Seeing too many obstacles within the organized systems of religion; including, the dogmas of supposedly 'orthodox' faith, Peter Rouzaud saw the impossibility of working within these systems to create change in people's lives. It is not Peter Rouzaud's objective to remove religion from people's lives; nor is it his mission to wholly alienate people from church organizations; rather, it is his mission to help people understand the differences of religion in a systematic way, compared to honest personal faith in God alone. One way he does this is by exposing the much accepted 'Dark Age Theology' which is rampant in Evangelical Fundamentalism, and Catholic views. Which, like much of the Hebrew theology at the time of Christ, does not reflect the true nature of God.
