Ravi Agrawal is the Editor-in-Chief of Foreign Policy magazine and author of "India Connected: How the Smartphone Is Transforming the World's Largest Democracy." Before joining Foreign Policy, Agrawal worked at CNN for 11 years in London, New York, and New Delhi, including a four-year stint as South Asia bureau chief. He has won a Peabody award and received three Emmy nominations for his work as a TV producer. Agrawal was born in London, England, and grew up in Kolkata, India. He is a graduate of Harvard University.
