Ana Ruxandra Badea

Ana Ruxandra Badea was born in Romania in 1985.

She holds a PhD in Philosophy, and is keeping busy as a researcher in bioethics and assistant professor at the University of Bucharest. Previously, she studied Humanities at University College Utrecht, and received her master's degree in Philosophy and Literature from University of Warwick.

Before committing to academia and writing, she worked for six years as desk officer on nuclear security and nonproliferation in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania.

When she is not typing or reading, you can find her struggling on the tennis court.
