Carlo DeMaio

Carlo A. DeMaio is an author dedicated to education in all areas of his life. He has applied his creativity and writing skills by producing both business and children's books.

From his business life, he shares many years of practical experience and formal education in the areas of customer experience (CX/UX), product management, digital marketing, customer retention, customer operations and training.

In his personal life, he continues his lifelong love of learning and teaching through writing books, and bringing this joy to children.

Carlo’s accomplishments include attaining an MBA in finance, a Masters of Arts in Teaching, and a successful business career. Carlo’s core inspiration comes from his two phenomenal children and his family, where he grew up the youngest of 5 in a first-generation Italian-American family. He lives in Fort Lauderdale, FL, where he has fun playing with newer technology, like home automation, artificial intelligence, restoring his vintage home, and biking around.
