John Newlin

John Newlin is President of John Newlin Ministries, a minister and speaker, a writer, and a former international business executive with one of the world’s giant corporations. In 1983 and 1990 he had two dramatic encounters with God, the latter leading him to leave that business world and move eventually into establishing John Newlin Ministries together with his wife Cathy. ANGELS ON EARTH magazine (Guideposts) and the Full Gospel Businessmen’s magazine VOICE both published articles on these extraordinary encounters with God.

God has greatly blessed the ministry and there have been wonderful

healings and miracles associated with all this. The ministry has held many

teaching, preaching, and healing programs, produced many teaching

CDs, and created and produced a ministry television program (DARE TO

BELIEVE) broadcast on stations from Boston to Florida for several years.

John has also appeared as a guest on other television programs.

As a writer, John has been published in numerous magazines and

has a published book on the international world called THE WORLD IS YOUR MARKET. He also writes a monthly newsletter and several other publications for John Newlin Ministries.

In 2005 while speaking to a group, the Lord spoke to John with this message: "John, tell them who I am and that I am coming soon." Over the years he has expanded on that. So the ministry focus began to shift, moving from focusing on Jesus and the full gospel to focusing more and more on Jesus' imminent return. And thus the book WAKE UP AMERICA! and its subject.

In the business world John worked with business and government

leaders in the US and about fifty countries. He held various executive positions, such as being responsible for international relations and international business development. He was also responsible for company operations in Africa, Latin America, the Middle East, and

parts of Asia. John served as a board member of the Council for the

Americas and the US-ASEAN Council for Business and Technology and

continues to be a member of the National Committee for US-China

Relations.

John is a graduate of North Carolina State University and Columbia

University.
