Janet Ioli

Janet Ioli is a leadership presence expert, author, and executive advisor who has been helping leaders create their most powerful Leadership Imprint for over 20 years.

She has worked as a leader herself inside four Fortune 100 companies, creating innovative and cutting-edge leadership, talent, and organizational development strategies and programs. Janet also hosts The Inner Edge Podcast and teaches courses in executive development programs for two major universities in the United States. Her writing has appeared in Forbes and Thrive Global.

She led executive development and read the confidential feedback reports of more than 1,600 leaders across different industries. What she found became her life's work and the heart of her new book, Escape the Traps: The 7 Hidden Patterns That Sabotage Your Leadership Imprint. Her work with women leaders is most notable, as she challenges women to move beyond the prescribed and outdated success "rules" and create and embody a new model of leadership.

Born in Greece and raised between Athens and America, she brings an international eye to the inner work of leadership. She lives between California and Northern Virginia.
