I am from Oregon and am Pacific Conference Superintendent overseeing churches in Oregon & Washington. I've been in ministry for over 25 years and have been able to be a pastor, professor, superintendent, and writer.
One of my claims to fame is that I was on the Ramblin' Rod show when I was a kid. For those of you who didn't grow up in the Portland area in the 1970s you wouldn't understand how big a deal this is.
My wife and I have two grown daughters who are beautiful and wonderful young women. My wife is Canadian so we spend our vacations in Alberta.
I enjoy baseball, history, candy, chocolate, peanut butter, being a pastor, and spending time with my wife (not necessarily in that order).
I went to college at Hillcrest Christian College in Medicine Hat, Alberta. I received my masters degree from Bakke Graduate University in Seattle, and graduated with a doctor of ministry from Corban University in Salem, Oregon.
