Francesca Lombardo

Francesca Lombardo is one of Sicily's leading culinary experts. A certified sommelier, she has co-written one book on Sicilian food and wine while contributing to others. She plans winery tours of Sicily. Francesca, who has worked as a school teacher, is also a licensed tour guide, a profession which in Italy requires a university degree, proficiency in a foreign language (in Francesca's case English and German) and qualification by examination.
