Alejandro Serralde

Alejandro Serralde, started his career in the financial industry, managing process improvement and highly complex technology projects for Mercer (BT Financial Group). He also worked for ElectraNet and Powerlink Queensland, designing and building infrastructure projects, such as power-plants and transmission lines.

He is now, Managing Director of Reddin Assessments, a boutique management consulting firm that operates globally and designs management processes to enable behavioral change to improve performance. Since joining Reddin Assessments, he has lead a group of consultants that have worked in four continents to lead major business transformational projects in Duracell, Valeo, Boehringer Ingelheim, American Standard, Campbells Soup, AlEn USA, VCST and J&J besides many others.

He is the co-author of the Seven Secrets of Highly Effective Leaders, Success: what to do (and not to) to be more successful in your job, which he wrote with his mentor, Dr. Robin Stuart-Kotze and also the author of A Half-Century of Managerial Effectiveness. He wrote along with his father: Management Tomorrow a book that explains managerial behavior from 5 different dimensions. He wrote The VCST Management Way, a practical view on how to improve organizational effectiveness. Most recently he wrote along César Coello, The Flavor of Management, a practical guide to unleash your realization.
