Matthew Weigelt

Matthew Weigelt has been a writer since junior high. Stuck in summertime boredom when he was 13 years old, he booted up his family’s dusty word processor and typed out a few words.

Matthew ended up going all over the world before school started. He met new people and realized he could do anything to them or make them do anything. Quite powerful.

This love of writing never left him. He became a freelance writer and journalist. He has worked in and around Washington, DC, for more than a decade.

In today's technological world, Matthew can literally go anywhere to write. He prefers writing at a busy fast food joint with all the unique customers.

He's also a real estate photographer and a licensed remote pilot for small Unmanned Aerial Systems, or drones.
