Hubert Williams

Dr. Hubert Williams is CEO and founder of Joi-Ful Noiz Ministries, INC and Joi-Ful Noiz Empowerment Center. As a certified trauma therapist and substance abuse counselor, he plunged into the world of holistic healing and was forever changed. Williams studied psychic and cosmic psychology, nutrition, herbalism, meditation, and contemplation; which led to several self-discoveries and ultimate healing. His writings are a culmination of his experience as a soldier, pastor, yoga instructor, and spiritual healer.
