Kristy Regan MScN

Kristy Regan is a Holistic Nutritionist specializing in therapeutic diets for gastrointestinal disorders as well as other health issues. She practices from a Health at Every Size (HAES) perspective and enjoys supporting her clients in creating a healthy and joyful relationship with food. She studied at National University of Natural Medicine, where she earned her Master of Science in Nutrition. Her practice combines nutritional therapy, lifestyle education, and counseling to assist clients in their healing journeys. She appreciates how important it is to connect and address both physical and emotional health. After her own multi-year journey with SIBO, she is able to empathize with her clients and understand their frustrations as well as help them see the light at the end of the tunnel.

Kristy is the author of the books The SIBO Diet Plan and The SIBO Cookbook for the Newly Diagnosed. Kristy co-organized and spoke at the 2019 NUNM SIBO Symposium. She has been featured on several SIBO SOS online summits.
