I have a passion for using the wisdom I have gained from working with clients who are accomplished leaders and from my own personal experience to help CEOs and senior executives as they strive to continue to improve leadership, their own and their team's. I feel very privileged to have regular, confidential conversations with those with whom I work. We discuss the importance of humility, kindness, earning trust, treating people with dignity, asking our people for their ideas, our listening attentively to understand and learn, addressing problems, having the difficult conversations, and accessing our organizational culture so we may strive to help improve it. Every business is a people business and we must realize that our internal relationships matter greatly. Our people are our internal clients. We must slow down, take the time to have one on one conversations with as many as we can, with our people at all levels. We have to let them know that we care about them, their success, and their ideas. I love doing my leadership coaching, consulting and writing articles and books as leadership is so very important in today's hyper-busy world. If I can be helpful, I feel blessed. Good leadership saves time, reduces stress, and improves morale and organizational culture.
I was a senior executive in the corporate world, then with nonprofits, and subsequently graduated from Georgetown University's Institute For Transformational Leadership. I am a certified by International Coach Federation as Professional Leadership Coach.
