Tom Meyers was born in Antwerp, Belgium, in 1970. He is a Brussels-based osteopath, international speaker, and Fitfull Futures Explorer working at the intersection of health, human adaptation, and the future of humanity in a fast-changing world.
With over two decades of clinical experience specialising in stress-related disorders, he combines health and wellbeing with futures thinking to address a defining challenge of our time: how humans can flourish in a world evolving faster than we are – a mismatch that is directly and indirectly fuelling rising stress, anxiety, and disorientation, or what is sometimes called future shock.
He founded and teaches The Reaset Approach, a therapeutic methodology and hands-on treatment modality that integrates autonomic regulation into manual therapy for more effective outcomes. Alongside his clinical work, he has authored Futurize Yourself and The Futures Effect, and is a sought-after educator and keynote speaker delivering lectures and workshops worldwide.
Tom sits on the board of Verenigde Osteopaten (Belgium), is a member of the Association of Professional Futurists, and serves as Belgian Ambassador for Healthgevity Nation. His work was recognised with the GHP Holistic Health Awards' Health & Wellbeing Innovator of the Year 2026 (Europe).
