Greg Winston has spoken to more than a thousand audiences in in the United States and Canada. During the last 20 years, he consistently helped companies and individuals achieve better levels of sales and personal development.
Greg grew up in Gary, Indiana and Little Rock, Arkansas, and he holds his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas. He went on to work for the famed Xerox Corporation where he honed his sales and training pedigree. His next stops were CBS and Warner Bros. Broadcasting. Street smarts and grit were a part of Greg’s every move. His focus became the transfer of those same skills to his team and clients alike.
Along with business success, Greg began speaking to youth groups during his college days. Delighted with the idea of helping kids who grew up as he did, Greg has continued his outreach programs. The violent changes in culture have changed Greg’s focus from motivational speeches to life lessons for youth groups. Trayvon Martin, Tamir Rice, Freddie Gray, and Michael Brown are names that brought Greg to the realization that his speeches should help kids survive and grow.
Greg’s focus changed to Cultivating the Life of a Youth, a nonprofit program he developed to help kids think clearly and react differently. The ten-step program begins with Barbed Wire Souls. C.L.A.Y. raises awareness for parents and helps them transfer that awareness to their children. Greg is a perpetual student and teaches kids that same method of thinking.
