Erin Highling

Erin Highling is an Elementary education teacher, wife, and mom of two. She has an undergraduate degree from East Carolina University in Elementary Education and holds a Masters Degree from Hood College is Reading Specialization. Currently, Erin has 14 years of elementary experience and has taught reading and math intervention as well 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade. She enjoys watching students grow and learn especially in the areas of Math and Reading.

Erin has grown up around baseball her entire life. With two older brothers and a dad who played, she developed a love of the game early on. In high school, she became a baseball manager where she met her husband who went on to play college and semi professional baseball and even coached high school baseball. Her life has been centered around the game and hopes to bring a love of baseball to many more. As a means to help increase student achievement in the area of math, Erin created this workbook to help students and families understand math concepts in a fun, engaging and real-world way.
