Christian McCrea

Christian McCrea is a researcher writing on science fiction, film, videogames, animation and the popular digital arts. He is also a lecturer in the School of Design at RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia.

He has written book chapters on the Australian game industry, on watching Starcraft, on horror videogame aesthetics and many others. He writes regularly for magazines and other media, appears on podcasts, and tweets at @christianmccrea

His first full-length book, on David Lynch's Dune, will appear in early 2019 as part of Auteur Press's Constellations, a series of books on science fiction films.
