Sarah Tyley writes both fiction and non-fiction from her home in southwest France.
Her debut novel, Spaghetti Head, is a quirky mix of dystopia, self-help, and romantic comedy. She also writes about gardening: Uncomplicated Gardening: Time-saving Tips and Tales from a Professional Gardener draws on years of professional experience and an MSc in Sustainable Agriculture. As a gardener, writing mostly when it rains, she publishes under her imprint, Wet Weather Books.
Sarah grew up on a dairy farm in Somerset and has lived an adventurous life: she’s worked with farming communities in Africa and Asia, planted over 150,000 trees in Canada, waited tables in Hong Kong, been a secretary at Disney Studios in LA, and played tenor sax in a rock band. These days, she gardens for a living and writes in her spare time, happily settled near a herd of Aquitaine Blondes
