Dr. Anthony Ferraioli M.D.
Dr. Ferraioli is a graduate of Princeton University and later earned his M.D. degree at the Albany Medical College, receiving training in both Internal Medicine and Psychiatry and serving as Chief of his residency program.
He is a trauma specialist, with interests in the effects of trauma on the individual as well as on society at large, and he has extensive experience in both forensic and community psychiatry along with extensive medical expert witness work.
At Princeton, he studied lots of science and mathematics and even some engineering, but, despite a successful internship experience at Intel Corp., he eventually majored in Romance Languages and Literatures---and, being a somewhat idealistic young man at the time---did so without too much regard for future employment opportunities.
As a physician, Dr. Ferraioli has also written two books on economics and greed.
Dr. Ferraioli currently lives in Upstate New York with his wife, two teenagers, a black lab, a black cat, several birds, and lots of tropical fish.
He really likes vintage things, including vintage technology, and he owns a 35-year-old Apple//e computer with which he wrote the majority of Malignant Capitalism, using a text-to-audio conversion technique to port the finished manuscript into his 21st century laptop.
Speaking of vintage things, Dr. Ferraioli also enjoys his 1976 muscle car and his pair of vintage suede Pumas (the wine-colored ones with the beige stripe).
He also rides a Harley 72.
