Teri Cochrane

Teri Cochrane is an integrative practitioner and thought leader in nutritional counseling. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida, and she is a graduate of the Huntington College of Health Sciences and the National Leadership Institute. She also has extensive practices, such as healing touch, craniosacral therapy, herbology. She has developed her own methodology, “The Cochrane Method,” which integrates a multi- level nutritional approach, including observation and listening, to develop a bio-individualized plan for her clients. She is a writer and speaker and maintains a nationally read blog and radio presence. Teri is currently in private practice in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area, where she specializes in complex health conditions. She also specializes in elite athletic performance. She serves as a nutritional counselor to ballerinas and Olympic hopefuls, including one of the most promising young swimmers in the country. Teri’s approach and voice have been extended to the national and international audience through media appearances, which include the medical lifestyle show Ask Dr. Nandi with Dr. Partha Nandi on Facebook Live and the docuseries The Thyroid Secret with Izabella Wentz. Teri is a frequent guest on blog radio, including Thyroid Nation, Unlimited Realities, and Life Mastery Radio. She regularly lectures at the Washington School of Ballet. She has lectured at several major hospitals in Virginia, including INOVA, Virginia Hospital Center, and Fair Oaks Hospital. She also has been featured in publications including The Washington Post.
