Graduated from Moscow State University (MSU). Fields of scientific interests: elections in Germany, activities of youth party organisations and political psychology.
For many years worked in business advertising and PR. In 1997, during the election of deputies of the Moscow City Duma, held the first election campaign as a manager.
In 1998, became one of the founders and CEO of the research and consulting company "Center for Social Research and Marketing Technologies," aka CSR Research.
From 1999 to 2017, as head of company, conducted hundreds of sociological studies of the psychology and behaviour of voters for parties, executive structures, Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation and candidates.
As a private manager of election campaigns, conducted several dozens of large-scale projects on the election of heads of cities and deputies.
The developer of information-analytical sites about Russian elections (vybory.ru and duma11.ru), which influenced the Russian-speaking part of the Internet during the federal campaigns of 1999-2000 and 2011.
In 2017 in co-authorship with Petr Meshkov, wrote a series of books "Election Campaign: a Practical Guide."
