Brian Pyne

Brian Pyne is Principal Legal Counsel at Tencent America. Prior to that, Brian was Senior Director & Counsel at Take-Two Interactive Software (parent company of 2K and Rockstar Games), Director of Legal Affairs and Enforcement for the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB), and legal counsel and corporate secretary to the International Age Rating Coalition (IARC). He has also taught a law school course on intellectual property and the video game industry and spoken on related topics at a variety of events. Brian is admitted to practice law in New York and Texas.
