Timothy P Mackie

TIM MACKIE is the creative writer and co-founder of The Bible Project, a non-profit animation studio that produces short, animated videos that explore literary design and theological themes of the biblical books (www.thebibleproject.com). He also is an adjunct professor of biblical studies at Western Seminary in Portland, OR. He formerly served in two churches as a Teaching Pastor over a period of nine years. He earned his PhD. in Hebrew Bible and Jewish Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.A. in Biblical Studies and Theology from Western Seminary.
