Kerry A Waight

As a History major with a Sociology minor, author Kerry A Waight believes that: "[t]he world of our past provides so much insight into our present and future - and so much inspiration for writing." She also believes that what happens in the past provides a background for stories of a world that most don't consider to be 'normal'.

In her 'past' life as a history and legal studies teacher, in addition to being a genealogist, she has been dealing with history in a professional capacity for many years. Only now does she see the opportunity to combine her passions for history, the paranormal and writing. As a result, Kerry finds herself writing both historical and paranormal fiction - and sometimes she combines the two.

Married, with two adult sons that have 'flown the coup', Kerry lives with her husband and her dog Bindi on the New South Wales Central Coast of Australia.
