Clement Ng

Dr. Clement Ng is the Founder and Principal Consultant of TCMandYou Pte. Ltd., holding a Doctor of Medicine (Chinese Medicine) degree, an MBA in Strategic Management, and a BASc in Computer Engineering/Technology.

With over three decades of cross-functional corporate management experience in both public and private sectors, His extensive experience includes senior positions within various Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) organizations in Singapore, solidifying his comprehensive expertise. Proficient in English and Chinese, Dr. Ng is effectively bicultural and bilingual.

Dr. Clement Ng serves as the Chairman of the Technical Committee on Complementary Medicine and Health Products in Singapore. This committee operates under the Biomedical and Health Standards Committee of the Singapore Standards Council. Additionally, he holds the prestigious position of President of the Singapore Acupuncture Association and represents Singapore as the Head of Delegation in ISO/TC249, a committee dedicated to TCM standards development under the International Standardization Organization.

In addition to his roles in Professional Consultancy, Trading, Treatment, and Training services, Dr. Ng recently assumed the position of Executive Director of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies (WFCMS) 5th Executive Council. This appointment underscores his leadership and commitment to advancing Chinese Medicine globally. Furthermore, he plays a key role as Vice President in the WFCMS Standard Construction Committee, contributing to the development and standardization of Chinese Medicine practices worldwide. Dr. Ng's dedication to global standards is further evident as he takes on the role of Committee Member in the World Federation of Acupuncture-Moxibustion Societies (WFAS) Standardization Working Committee.

Dr. Clement Ng earned his Doctorate Degree in Medicine (Chinese Medicine) from Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in China and his MBA in Strategic Management from Nanyang Business School at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore. His Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/Technology is also from NTU, and he holds a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK.

An International TCM Trainer, Dr. Clement Ng has designed a series of training programs in Chinese Medicine approved under the Singapore SkillsFuture credit framework. These programs aim to empower Singaporean citizens with a better understanding of illness prevention, foster a proactive approach to embracing holistic health practices, and emphasize personal responsibility for health. His expertise transcends borders, reaching students from more than 142 countries through invitations to share TCM knowledge and online learning platforms.

Previously, Dr. Ng served as Vice President of the Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and was a founding Committee member of the Continuous Education Committee for the Singapore TCM Practitioner’s Board.
