Ryan Kane

Ryan Kane was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. He attained a degree in English Literature and works as a freelance photographer and part time writer. He still lives in Omaha today, with his wife, two children, their dog and a backyard full of chickens.

Ryan’s love of the written word has always been something that has been at the forefront of his mind, ever since he won a writing competition when in high school, and he has been an enthusiastic reader since he was very young.

His successes at school ultimately gave him a desire to write a book of his own, and his debut novel is now ready for an unsuspecting world. This crime fiction story has been a labor of love for Ryan and he enjoyed the process so much that he has plans for more in the future.

When he has some time to himself, Ryan enjoys all kinds of outdoor sports. He runs and cycles most days, mostly to keep fit, but also to enjoy the freedom of the open roads and he once ran 2 marathons in the same week.

Ryan’s long-term aim is to become a full-time writer and to spend his life writing novels in a blissful country setting, where his children can grow up safely and have a rewarding and fulfilling family life.
