Doreen A. Lang

Doreen has spent over two decades creating harmonious work environments through her own employee retention practices. She has enjoyed 100 percent staff retention in every position she has held. She wrote the "Hang on to Your Stars" series to inspire leaders and managers to implement her “tried and true” practices and field research to help them hang on to their star employees.

The results: It saves companies a fortune in turnover.

Her passion to change the way organizations invest in their onboarding practices and how they create engaging work environments was the result of a highly successful training collaboration with former Boston Mayor Menino. Doreen was so inspiring and effective that she had a wait list for her programs and the program is still inspiring leaders today.

When she is not facilitating workshops, consulting or speaking, she is dreaming up new ways to help leaders and managers retain their employees while building diverse and inclusive teams.
