Modern life has left me with the attention span of a minnow, and I figure many of you have developed the same affliction. Thus, I write books that tempt you to read the next chapter because you know it'll be short, punchy, and consequential.

My 6-book Reassembly series is a humorous space opera about the dysfunctional crew of a junk trawler fighting to save the universe. My dystopian trilogy, The Cytocorp Saga, is about a group of survivors trying to stop an evil mega-corporation from enslaving humanity.

I currently live in the magical city of Cuenca, Ecuador. It's the best place I've ever lived.
