Ron Engeldinger

Ron Engeldinger is an experienced researcher and writer. With a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA, and a Master of Science in Management, Ron has a 30 year background in management, consulting, education, and training.

He spent 15 years working for large international firms in the roles of Store Manager, and Regional Supervisor, and Division Manager. He has been a successful manager and leader both in the United States and abroad.

As an academic, Ron studied what makes organizations successful and how leaders can make a positive contribution to that success. His work in the field of inter-generational motivation provides deep insight into what it takes to be successful in today’s work environment.

For 16 years, Ron taught all aspects of business and leadership to college and university students of all ages. Moving from the position of Instructor to the Director of an Academic Department, then Dean of Student Affairs, and eventually Dean of Academic Affairs, Ron demonstrated the leadership and success skills that he now conveys to his readers.

As a teacher, Ron has helped guide thousands of students on their path to success. As a consultant and coach, Ron helped the owners and managers of companies of all sizes, from small startups to large international firms, overcome obstacles, and move their organizations forward.
