I consider myself a Leader-Teacher influencer as I work and share my life and laughs with other people. I am a dynamic soul who is a bit of an introvert, connected with the Divine who intervene and guide and direct me so I will cause no harm. Yes, I audio stream when I write so the wisdom flows! I served as a leader and worker in the Federal Government, the place where projects were next to impossible were presented to me as 'an opportunity'. I loved transformational work and worked with teams for special projects where others 'volunteered' staff to fill a new team. You know what that means... yes the second chance club of people who needed a change. I helped them find their awesomeness by working on their strengths and focusing them on their vision and values and the rest was dropped as positive actions get the results we need.

Since then I have lead NGO teams who needed some revision and worked as a global leader, coach and mentor and created the book of wisdom that might shake you awake to a life review you can do now to align with what you are here to do, regardless of sex, nationality, age, preferences or styles. Figure out who you really are and work with those strengths and then we can talk about the what. Once you you who you are really, then the why and the what and how will follow. Pretty simple and ignored most of the time as people fit us into boxes!

I am an author, speaker, coach, boss and workshop leader who stands shoulder to shoulder with those of us who want to make a difference in the world and in life one step at a time.

Making a difference in the world is more than how we think, it is how we show up as life emerges without warning, how we view the possibilities to level up our impact that breeds engagement as we wake up the will and let in the light. (yes I wrote that line!)

I do have a passion and gift of discernment with a spiritual edge (we are more than a bag of bones). WE can provide life relief and avoid some of our self imposed suffering and lack of self worth and confidence as we build courage to face ourselves. We are not our childhood stories!

My executive, leadership experience has allowed me to coach, negotiate, say the hard things everyone is thinking and not saying to get on with success and increased productivity to work as a cohesive team focused on purpose over preference.

This book, Awesomeness Now!, is a journey that uncovers the best in you. It demands you to engage, to reflect and take action with integrity to see all you can be while you live the life in front of you while you shape the way you want to be in this body of life tomorrow.

I have an MBA from Ottawa University School of Business and over 36 years of executive leadership experience specializing in strategic growth leadership in management, leadership and motivation of leaders and staff to transform what is to what can be. I am also a kick ass motivational, caring and compassionate coach as an Integral Master Coach and hold the PCC (professional designation) with the International Coaching Federation, which means I coached lots of people and have had lots of practice.

Troubled teams and troubled relationships are everywhere! Coming to know what is your none negotiable and stopping the blame game can give us some relief as we discover we can chose to act or react with grace and passion as we engage. Engagement is much more fun than being disengaged. Having influence and learning how to do that authentically is more fun than being ignored or have people look through you. Wake up your life and people will listen.

I do conduct workshops, key note addresses, attend parties and dinners, run transformational retreats and like to work with people who really do want more out of life and influencers who engage in The Awesomeness Project.
