I hope you will enjoy painting nature!

“To the attentive eye, each moment of the year has its own beauty, and in the same field, it beholds, every hour, a picture which was never seen before, and which shall never be seen again" -Ralph Waldo Emerson, Nature."

Excerpt From: Alexia Scott. “NatureAndDesign” Apple Books.

"I enjoy painting out in the field, watching the changing light, advancing storms, and the constant parade of bugs and birds as I stand quietly at my easel and paint. Sharing ideas about painting, nature, and tranquility seemed like a good path forward, so I started to write as I taught, but in truth, the books have more illustrations than text - a picture is worth a thousand words."
