Steve Daily is a psychologist with over thirty-five years of experience, and he is especially interested in helping persons who struggle with depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety issues, and feelings of worthlessness. He writes to teach and empower his readers. Steve is the author of The Therapist's Little Workbook of Poetry (2018), Secrets of Psychological Strength (2017), and How to Parent Mindfully with Emotional Control, Love and Strength (2015). He is currently working on a new book titled, Good Enough: How to Feel Worthwhile and Be a Good Person.
Steve hopes to reach out to readers through a weekly blog on his Feel Good Enough website at feelgoodenough.com. His blogs are informative and focus on teaching strategies and skills to overcome feelings of inferiority and to empower people. He started his website and blog on January 1, 2019.
At this time in his life, Steve sees clients in his private practice three days a week, and enjoys a four day weekend every week. He and his wife enjoy traveling and spending time with their daughter, son and grandkids. He enjoys playing racquetball, pickleball, fishing, photography, and reading both fiction and non-fiction.
