Sherry Palmer (1968– ) was born in Washington State and raised in California. She is the co-founder of **Fix Family Courts**, a division of **Constitutional Scholars, Inc.**, and the **National Family Law Policy Center (NFLPC)**. She is also the creator of a multidisciplinary brand encompassing books, seminars, workshops, online education, digital courses, social media and media programming.
Her work focuses on educating parents, professionals, policymakers, and community leaders about the emotional, relational, and financial realities of divorce and family court processes, with an emphasis on informed decision-making before, during, and after major life transitions. Through her writing and educational initiatives, she explores how systems impact families and how clarity, preparation, and awareness can shape better outcomes.
Her first book, co-written with her husband, was inspired by personal experience navigating parental alienation, false allegations, and family court systems. In addition to her books and educational work, Sherry produces the **FLST talk show**, which examines issues affecting families, relationships, and broader social systems. She also collaborates on programs designed to strengthen marriages and support healthy parent-child relationships, and was even asked to host a segment on an award-winning journalist's radio show, and has been featured on many shows including subsidiaries of NPR and major news outlets.
Sherry is actively expanding the scope of her writing and is currently developing books in additional subject areas and genres beyond family law and divorce. Her broader work reflects an ongoing interest in human resilience, relationships, personal growth, and the systems that influence everyday life.
She holds a degree from the University of North Texas. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys dancing, spending time with her children, and creative pursuits, and she grew up roller skating, rock climbing, surfing, belly dancing, and rescuing animals.
