Susan Stevenson

Susan is a co-founder of GRIP Arabia a company based in the Kingdom of Bahrain, focusing on enabling organizations and individuals to realize their full potential and positively impact desired business results. She is an Implementer of The Entrepreneurial Operating System, helping SME’s get what they want out of their businesses. She is an experienced senior level executive with over 20 years experience in a multicultural professional environment. She has exceptional abilities to enable organizations and individuals to realize their full potential

She has worked in the Middle East, Europe, North America, United Mexican States, Bermuda and Barbados for international hotel companies, 4-5 star restaurants, golf resorts, retail, financial, aviation, logistics and telecoms sectors. Her passion for developing people and organizations has enabled her to focus on being a catalyst to changes that deliver outstanding results and sustainability.

Susan graduated in Business Administration from her hometown university in Prince Edward Island, Canada. Susan is a professional trained Co-Active Coach with Coaches Training Institute and has been living in the Middle East since 2005 with her husband Larry and their five dogs.
