Kevin Joseph Moore

Kevin Moore is the founder and managing partner at Serac Ventures, a seed-stage venture capital firm. Prior to Serac, Kevin was a Partner at Spur Capital Partners where he invested in direct and fund investments. Prior to Spur, Kevin was the Director of Angel Investments at i2E, an early-stage venture capital firm. At i2E Kevin invested in tech and biotech companies and also led the creation of i2E's first privately-funded investment fund. Kevin has also served on the Investment Committee for the Oklahoma Teacher's Retirement System Board of Trustees and is a current board member for the Oklahoma City Management Investment Operations Trust, iMCI Investments, and the Dean McGee Eye Institute. Kevin received a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma.
