Sudhakar Reddy Gade is an Organizational Physicist, Executive Coach, and Founder of Nirvedha. He describes himself as a recovering Newtonian—a leader who realized that the industrial rules of management no longer work in the AI age.

His career is defined by vertical velocity. Rising from the front lines of Pharma Sales to global leadership roles at giants like TCS, IQVIA, and Course5i, Sudhakar has managed global P&Ls and served on the Board of Savari Systems.

He doesn't just teach leadership; he engineers it. He has coached over 180 professionals to C-Suite roles, helping them manage entropy, reduce friction, and build momentum.

He is the author of three books: The Physics of Leadership, U R Unique, and R U Coached. An ultra-endurance cyclist and Randonneur, Sudhakar lives in Hyderabad. He believes that in business, as on a bike, momentum is the only thing that keeps you upright.
